About the Restaurant
We use organic and local produce as much as possible and along with King Arthur flour we use local milk, raw agave, and local eggs when the chickens can keep up. Our variety of breakfast breads, pastries, pies, cakes, and bistro items will vary according to season, availability, and our chef’s fancy. Our Coffee is locally roasted in Greenville by West End Coffee and we gladly brew Mighty Leaf Teas.
